EXPOSE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
When you need to know exactly where an underground utility line actually is for an excavation, we can dig it up without damage so you can physically see it.
When you’ve got to set a pole near some underground utilities, it is usually more efficient to dig the pole hole with the HydroVac. Hand-digging takes time and can still damage utilities or injure workers.
Splice pits are a great application for a HydroVac tuck. For a repair, the last thing you want is to make more work for yourself by further damage. We can also open a splice pit before the outage if you’re splicing into existing utilities.
When the trench needs to go across or parallel to multiple utilities, HydroVac can be a worry-free option. We can also get right up against buildings and in lawns with minimal ground disturbance.
BACKYARD AND REMOTE EXCAVATIONS
We can get our hoses from the street to a backyard without fence removal, equipment matting, or potential property damage. We can dig in tight spots where traditional equipment just can’t get to.
The frozen ground during winter can put a damper on hand-digging and mini-excavators. We’ve got a boiler system on our trucks that heats and circulates the water to get right through any amount or frost.
MANHOLE AND CATCH BASIN CLEAN-UP
This is a great way to get a manhole in a condition able to be worked in. Water pumps are slow and often leave a pretty good layer of muck on the bottom. We can get rid of all the water and debris in a fraction of the time.
ABLE TO EXCAVATE ALONG BUILDING FOUNDATION
We can dig a precise hole for new egress window installation without damaging the lawn. We can also dig a narrow trench along the foundation for insulation or water proofing. No need to over dig.
